What do you do?

I am a Franchise Development Manager. I currently work with over 30 Franchise Owners and over 200 customers throughout Southern California. I work with Franchise Owners who are looking at turning their dreams of owning a successful business into a realistic working plan. I train, coach, assist and mentor these business owners with their long and short term goals.

What do you do when you are not doing that?

I am a “work-in-progress” husband, a bumbling father of three beautiful children, a son, a brother to two sisters and an uncle to eight nieces and nephews. I coach little league baseball, assist in coaching flag football and I am a proud spectator of my two eldest children’s soccer teams. I am also a student at University of Redlands in their School of Business. My goal is to obtain my Masters Degree by 2015. Oh, and once in awhile I sleep.

Favorite food?

I currently do not have many cravings for food lately. It is a means of fuel for me. However, I enjoy a nice bowl of Vietemese Pho soup with shrimp once in awhile.

Favorite city and why?

My favorite city is Pittsburgh, PA. Other than the obvious sports obsessions that I have, I love the city for its history and its growing trends. Pittsburgh has such an interesting culture of hard-working, European immigrant, blue collar families. The city is rough around the edges but has such a beautiful downtown. My Mom and Dad were born there and I was as well. I still call it home.

What did you want to be when you were in school?

Football or baseball coach as well as a teacher/professor.

Shane and I are enjoying Statistics class at the same time at different Universities! (Fun Fact: 98% of all statistics are made up.)
