We are looking for business owners who first and foremost have an entrepreneurial spirit. While we provide training and coaching in the following areas, we do look for candidates who are natural-born leaders, responsible, financially stable and technologically savvy. Before we invest in you, we want to be sure you are genuinely interested in the long-term venture of owning your own business.
After you take the first step in expressing interest in becoming a Franchise Owner, we will invite you to an informational briefing where you’ll learn about joining the OctoClean team. Commitment, cost and requirements will be discussed at this meeting, not prior to.
We want to make sure that we’re a match for you and you are a match for us. After the initial briefing occurs, a series of meetings will take place before any commitments are made by you or us. OctoClean welcomes only the most entrepreneurial-minded, motivated individuals to join our team.
The decision to move forward with making you a Franchise Owner is a mutual decision. If we decide that you are a fit for the OctoClean team, you’ll be invited to become an official OctoClean Franchise Owner. In return, you’ll make a decision to move forward or decline our invitation. The OctoClean selection process is quite different from those of other companies. We don’t want to waste your time or ours if our business relationship will not be a lasting one.
Upon accepting OctoClean’s invitation to become a franchise, you’ll enter an extensive training program. This program is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in operating an OctoClean franchise. While training, you’ll learn OctoClean’s corporate day-to-day operations, how to successfully run your franchise, the OctoClean cleaning system and how to use our technological systems to your benefit.
Part of running your franchise is working with OctoClean’s corporate staff at the headquarters location. You will learn how to utilize OctoClean’s front and back-office applications in the day-to-day operation of your business. We have a full-time staff here to support you in times of need. During training, you will be educated on how to best utilize our staff.
Lastly, you’ll participate in on-the-job training at an operating facility. Once you complete your hours performing on-the-job training with your Franchise Development Manger, you’ll be fully prepared to begin operating your OctoClean franchise.
Upon beginning your OctoClean training, you will be assigned to a Franchise Development Manager. This person has several years experience in the janitorial and franchise industries and is an expert at operating an OctoClean Franchise.
Your Franchise Development Manager is your coach and mentor. He or she regularly monitors the health of your franchise and offers tips and assistance that can make all the difference in your business growth. You’re welcome to meet with your Franchise Development Manager as often as you’d like. You get to choose the level of involvement your Franchise Development Manager has in your business.
Your Franchise Development Manager can collaboratively create business, personal and professional growth plans with you that assists in expanding and achieving your goals. He or she also acts as a support when communicating with customers.
As a Franchise Owner, you’ll have access to many levels of support at our corporate headquarters location. We provide administrative assistance to help your business run smoothly. Our customer support team handles incoming service issues and notifies you of any pressing service problems. OctoClean’s accounting department handles nearly every aspect of your business’s finances. We even provide marketing assistance to grow your business and the OctoClean brand.
Our customer support team assists your franchise by taking in customer support-related issues and reporting them back to you in a timely matter. They help manage your customer’s happiness by documenting and measuring satisfaction levels on a regular basis. Our professional customer support staff is trained annually on conflict management so your customers are receiving the best care possible.
In addition to customer support, you’ll receive administrative and marketing support from corporate. We have invested and continue invest in considerable resources in the development of the OctoClean brand. We work to increase the market’s awareness of OctoClean through a variety of mediums. As an OctoClean Master Franchise Owner, you have access to advertising and marketing assistance, the use of specially developed programs and collateral, and the use of the OctoClean brand.
