After 18 months of working towards a new corporate office, we are finally moving in tomorrow, August 30th! We aren’t leaving Riverside or moving far from our current location. The new office is only two blocks away located at 1695 Spruce Street, Riverside, CA 92507.
When we decided it was time to create room for growth, we knew we couldn’t do it alone. Our vision was made a reality thanks to our friends Magnon Companies. Magnon is responsible for over three million square feet of office and industrial projects in approximately 100 buildings in Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Arizona regions. From start to finish, they helped us choose and remodel a location that checked all of our boxes.
A major goal that we wanted to accomplish was making the space suitable for everyone. The office needed to work for our corporate staff, our specialty services team, employees, franchise owners and our sister company OctoGreen who is joining us in the move. This meant a lot of square footage and a layout that made sense for all daily operations.

10 years ago, we could have never imagined that we would be moving into an office like this. When our company was started in 1991, it was just the Stowe family. Now, there are over 50 franchise owners, over 100 employees and over 100 customers who we consider family.
Our move and recent successes would not be possible without the support of the Riverside community. That being said, we want to celebrate with you. Although move-in ready, we are still taking our time to decorate and get settled in the new space. We’re planning an open house and official ribbon cutting ceremony to share the new space with you in November. We hope to see you and your families there!
